"Paulisons is great! We had them do an inspection on the pool at a home we were buying. Being that the home was a foreclosure, we were not sure about what would be involved to get it up and running. We called and Maryjo walked us through all the steps over the phone, she was super nice, and explained fees up front. These guys are the real deal. "Since we opened the pool back in May (through a fairly local pool store), we have been having issues as a result of converting to the Frog mineral system. Frog insisted it wasn't the product and the pool store insisted "we have 40 years of experience it's definitely not installation." Finally, last weekend (in the month of August) Mike (owner) came over and fixed the problem in literally 15 minutes! And the issue was indeed with installation. Add this to the ridiculously high opening, closing, and service call charges and we are DONE with the pool store. We will never use anyone but Paulisons Pool Service again! Mary Jo (Mike's wife) is fantastic and one of the the sweetest people I've had the pleasure of speaking with. We highly recommend them to everyone. Service and pricing are outstanding!!"
